* Risk-taking Mission and Service

* Extravagant Generosity

Here is the project list:

Sanctuary Upgrade for Passionate Worship - Done!

he project enhances the Sanctuary by adding two roll-down projection screens, building a low and central stage in the sanctuary, relocating the choir and musicians, and upgrading and adding equipment to even out the sound flow for the whole church.

Lighting Enhancement - Done!

We've replaced the dimmers over the congregation, and replaced our spotlights with cooler, energy-efficient LED lighting. We now have options for lighting with computer-controlled dimming.

Narthex & Front Plaza Upgrade Project - In progress!

We need to improve our street visibility from the west and the create a more welcoming façade and inviting landscape. We have already removed the cypress trees, oleander bushes and ivy and are installing a new 42-inch safety fence. We've also removed the lawn and replaced it with crushed granite pathways along with drought tolerant plants. We’re also updating the sign to match the building.

Narthex Updates The popcorn ceiling is gone! Replaced by a smooth, white ceiling and whiter lights that create a brighter, more open welcoming space. Still to come: New windows cut into the front of the building!

Trustee Capital Improvements & Repairs – replace one half of the Education Building roof (Done!) ; resurface and repaint the parking lot; purchase replacement chairs for conference rooms; update the Brides room, and replace the flooring in Fellowship Hall.

Part Time Children’s Music Staff Person – enhance passionate worship for children with music and drama and build a musical bridge to our preschool children and families.
